Liebster Award!

I was tagged by Kayleigh Wilkinson and Brodie White for the Liebster Award which was very un-expected but thank you both so much! I'd recommend you to check out both of their blogs :)

For those of you who don't know, the Liebster Awards are a tag question (sort of like a chain, but a nice one) were you nominate blogs to suggest to your followers to check out, in turn they answer questions you've set for them. It was created for us blogging 'newbies' who have less than 200 followers.

Firstly, according to the rules you have to give 11 facts about yourself, but since I'm awnsering two sets of questions I'll have to skip this otherwise this post will be ridclously long.

I will now answer the 10/11 questions that Kayleigh and Brodie has set me :)

Kayleigh:

1. My favourite thing about Autumn/Fall would be the excitement of the upcoming holiday season. I love getting in the mood for celebration, buying gifts and generally feeling thankful for what I have in life. I think it can be easy to forget about what life is really about, such as the importance of your loved ones and friends.

2. My go to shop would be Topshop probably, I can always find something I like in there and something that fits well. I like to buy outfit staples from there as I know will last me. I do however love Primark for basic tights and accessories, as I don't believe you need to spend a lot on some things.

3. My current make up favourites would be my Jemma Kidd Stain Flush in ______. It's a cream blush, and although it is now discontinued I found it in Rapid (oddly) and it is quite nice for a flush of colour. It does fade through the day which is a pain but it is easy enough to re-apply using your hands.

4. Roast Dinners! I love roast potatoes... a lot.

5. 90's fashion era, I just love crop tops, off the shoulder items and oversized jackets. To me, it looks effortless but put together.

6. Boots, although I love flats and sandals as they're so much easier to wear.

7. Burgundy

8. My favourite youtuber/blogger is probably Lily Melrose, she's a really down to earth and honest person. I also, really like her style and she seems really relatable. I do love SuperBeautyNerd as well, as being of a similar age to her I feel like I can relate to her in terms of educational type things. Oh and they're both beauts!

9. I really need a base product for my skin as I have so many blemishes but I do love Lipstick.

10. My fashion style is a cross between girly and casual. I tend to dress how I'm feeling that particular day and I often dress more casual for College, as it is more of a casual environment. I suppose I can dress 'indie' from time to time but that sounds so pretentious saying.

Brodie:

1. The inspiration for my blog name came from my name, 'Cora' and the coined term, 'Blogsphere'. I basically combined the two in the hope of creating something catchy and a bit different. Did I succeed?

2. Ooh a tough one, tbh I have no idea.. any model's I suppose!

3. Currently NYC's High Definition mascara, it gives good length and only costs £2.50. I believe that the company (that also owns Rimmel) does not test on animals which is great to know!

4. Liquid eyeliner as it says put without worry. However, I do have and love Urban Decay's 24/7 pencil in Perversion that is probably the best pencil I've used.

5. I can't see myself in 5 years time, I find it hard to imagine my future self as there is no certainty of what paths I will take. However, I'll be around 22/23 years old so I will most probably be in Uni

6. My favourite childhood memory would probably be simply hanging out with friends or going to school discos. Life was so simple back then, when all that mattered was crimping your hair and dancing to the Cha Cha slide, aha!

7. Dot by Marc Jacobs, love the smell but not so much the odd clumpy bottle shape.

8. Urban Decay - great quality make up and cruelty free.

9. A movie or TV show marathon, all cosy in my dressing gown.

10. Answered previously, so I wont bore anyone who's reading this.

11. Drugstore would be Rimmel or Sleek. High-end would be Urban Decay.
